- What methods of payment do you accept?
I can accept card payments for UK and international customers through Stripe or Paypal. UK residents can pay with a cheque or bacs - please get in touch for details.
- How much is the postage/shipping to my country?
All Uk parcels are charged at £4.95. International orders will depend on size and weight of parcel and which country it will be shipped to. Please contact me for a quote.
- How will you send my order?
All orders are securely packaged against the elements and potential damage. In the UK items will be sent either with royal mail or My Hermes depending on the size, international orders will be sent via Royal Mail Standard International Small Parcels service.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please bear in mind that your order is being sent from the United Kingdom.
Items cannot be shipped until your payment has cleared, please be aware of this if your order has any time constraints. Payments made through Stripe take 7 days to clear.
Your items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your cleared payment.
Within the UK you should expect to receive your items within 5 working days.
International customers should receive their orders within 9-21 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters and whether your location is urban/rural - so please be patient.
As the studio is in a rural location extreme weather conditions can upon occasion cause short delays.
All delivery times are approximate.
Refunds and Returns
Your items must be returned in optimum re-saleable condition and must not have been removed from the packaging. If your returned item is not in its original condition your refund will be refused.
If you are unhappy with any other item please get in touch within 14 days to discuss a return.
Refunds are not offered after the 14 day period has passed.
Return postage will not be paid for.
When returning an item proof of postage must be obtained.
Any damages incurred in transit must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
I cannot take responsibility for any items delayed, lost or damaged due to force majeure.
